Good Food Pathetic Service |
| The service at WHITE is pathetic. It took 10 mins to get the menu, 20 mins to get one beer, 20 mins for a pepsi and 15 mins for one Iced tea, that too after reminders to the LARGE number of staff running around aimlessly. Food was being delivered to diners, after being kept on the kitchen table for over 45 mins! Diners at 3 tables walked out as a result of the pathetic service. The manager, a rather rude gentleman by the name of Aditya Mhatre kept insisting that "we hear him out" and that "the staff were under pressure". My advice SHUT SHOP if u cant take the pressure! Finally, we walked out and paid the bill at the door since we had already spent over 2 hrs at the restaurant, that too on Valentines Day. Go there only if u have plenty of time on hand! |
